Any quotes, estimates, or pricing provided through the Site or our communications are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final pricing depends on product specifications, order volume, factory conditions, currency exchange rates, and logistics costs at the time of order. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are otherwise valid for 30 days.
All content on this Site â including text, graphics, logos, images, and software â is the property of ICMD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent. Client-owned designs and brands remain the property of the respective clients.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. While we vet our suppliers, ultimate product quality and third-party performance may depend on factors outside our direct control; our liability is governed by the relevant service agreement.

Sourcing outcomes, savings, and timelines are influenced by many variables and cannot be guaranteed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement, including product designs, pricing, supplier identities, and business strategies. This obligation survives the end of any service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written service agreement.
